Efficiency focuses on getting the best out of people. Productivity is the art of creating relationships, trust, and a sense of purpose so they will give their best.

Building meaningful connections to a cause and to each other takes a "creative interchange." Technology is not the answer. The best screwdriver can't sink a nail. And the best email can't create alignment toward a shared purpose.
